    Conversation first

    Open a conversation and talk the way you would to a colleague who has read the file. The desk matches your register — informal when you are informal, tight when you ask for a memo.

    Convert when it needs a file

    Ask is a single pass. Review ranks and recommends — ledger and adversary come on. Deep is the board pack or the irreversible call. The thread comes with you.

  3. 03

    The ledger stays honest

    Known, unknown, assumption, and derived sit on different lines. Missing a binding input, the desk stays symbolic. It will not invent the number you have to stand behind.

    Quant and Pack sit beside the file

    Quant is ARR, margin, and runway — expressions, not theatre. Pack writes the board paper from the active file. Neither replaces the conversation.

    Talk is live voice

    The Talk button is turn-taking speech. Dictate puts words in the box so you can edit first. Typing always works. Help, theme, pin, and rename do not spend a credit.

Use ExecMind as an app

pro.execmind.app installs like an app. Save it to the Dock on a Mac, or as an icon on a phone. It opens the desk or sign-in, not this brochure.

  • Mac — Dock (Safari)

    1. Open pro.execmind.app in Safari.
    2. If a black icon is already in the Dock, drag it up off the Dock until it disappears. Mac keeps that old picture and will not replace it.
    3. In the menu bar, choose File → Add to Dock.
    4. The new icon is the gold mark on a parchment square. It opens as its own window.

  • Mac — Dock (Chrome)

    1. If the black icon is already installed, remove it first: Chrome menu → More tools → Uninstall ExecMind, or drag the Dock icon off.
    2. Open pro.execmind.app in Chrome.
    3. Click the install icon in the address bar. If it is not there: Chrome menu → Cast, save, and share → Install ExecMind.
    4. Confirm. The Dock icon is the gold mark, and the app opens in its own window.

  • iPhone or iPad

    1. If an old black icon is already on the Home Screen, delete it first. The phone will not swap the picture.
    2. Open pro.execmind.app in Safari.
    3. Tap Share (the square with the arrow).
    4. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
    5. The icon is the gold mark. It opens full screen.

  • Windows

    1. Open pro.execmind.app in Chrome or Edge.
    2. Chrome: menu → Cast, save, and share → Install ExecMind. Edge: menu → Apps → Install ExecMind.
    3. Pin it to the taskbar when asked. It opens as its own window.

  • Android

    1. Open pro.execmind.app in Chrome.
    2. Tap the menu (three dots).
    3. Tap Install app, or Add to Home screen, then confirm.
    4. The icon is on the home screen and opens as its own app.

    Matters live on your file, not in the browser. Conversations and Inquiry files, pin, rename, delete.

    What is known, unknown, assumed, and derived — classified on the file, not mixed in the prose.

    Images are seen. PDF, Word and text files are read. Audio file transcribes a recording onto the table, labelled with the file name.

    Live voice with turn-taking, or words into the box before you send. Both spend credits. Help does not.

  • Quant

    ARR, reprice, margin, cash, runway. Variables named. Gaps named. No invented elasticity.

  • Pack

    The board paper from the active file: conclusion, constraints, options, recommendation, counterargument.

  • Wallet

    The seat pays the firm. Credits pay landed work. 100 credits cost $1. A run that fails, or that you stop, is not charged.

  • A pricing change that has to stand

    Talk the options in the corridor register, convert to Review, put ARR₀ and the volume response on Quant. If churn is missing, the desk will not fill it in.

  • Two paths, one recommendation

    Acquisition, hire, or restructure: convert to Review so the ledger and the counterargument are on the page before you walk in.

  • Board pack from a messy thread

    The conversation holds the working. Convert to Deep when it has to survive scrutiny, then Pack writes the paper.

  • Runway without a fake bridge

    If revenue does not have an explicit bridge to burn, Quant writes that the runway is not demonstrated — and stops.

  • A memo the room can use

    Ask for a single, answer-first pass. No eight-part theatre. Conditions on the recommendation stay on the recommendation.

Desk scope
You work at the desk that owns the question. Files and conversations stay on that desk. When a matter needs another discipline, you send an FIA Brief — a packet you authorise — and read the reply. Nothing else is shared.
Credits
Includes 1,000 credits each billing period, usable on any shipped desk. Extra credit packs work across the suite and do not expire. You pay for what you consume after the included allotment.

FIA Plan is an alternative to a single-desk seat, not an extra charge on top of Operator, Counsel, or Chambers.

Before you open the desk

Is this a chatbot with an executive skin?+

No. It is a named desk. Conversation is the front door. When the work needs a file, you convert to Ask, Review, or Deep. The ledger, Quant, and Pack are instruments — not a personality.

Is ExecMind an AI executive assistant?+

Not in the usual sense. It does not manage your calendar, inbox, or travel. ExecMind is AI decision support for executives: put down the decision and the file, and it writes the options, what each costs, and one recommendation, with an evidence ledger that shows what the file does and does not establish. The decision stays yours.

Will it invent a number I can quote?+

No. Binding inputs that are missing stay missing. The desk proceeds symbolically and names the gap. That is the product, not a disclaimer at the bottom.

How do I start?+

Sign in. Open a conversation. Talk. Convert when you need a file. A new account carries a small credit grant so you can see the desk work before you take a seat.

What is a seat, and what are credits?+

The seat is the named desk — hosting, storage, support. Credits are usage: 100 credits cost $1. Included credits reset with the billing month. Packs are extra usage; they do not expire. Extra Talk is a pack, not a bigger seat. Talk is about 11 credits a minute; dictation and audio transcription about 14 credits an hour.

Do I need a card on day one?+

You can open an account without a paid seat. A paid seat is taken at Checkout. The first three months may be free if you type the published intro code yourself — it is not applied automatically.

What spends credits?+

Sending a message, Talk, dictation, and Audio file. Opening Help, switching theme, pinning, renaming, and browsing files do not. A run that fails, or that you stop, is not charged.

Can I use it on my phone?+

Yes. pro.execmind.app is a progressive web app. Install it from that address, not from the brochure. The Install section on this page has the steps: Dock on a Mac, Home Screen on iPhone or iPad, taskbar on Windows, home screen on Android. It opens the desk or sign-in. The file stays on the same desk.

Is this legal, accounting, or securities advice?+

No. The desk prepares decisions. You remain the authority. Human judgment is not optional.

Where is my file?+

On your account, scoped to you. We do not sell the file. We do not use matters to advertise. Processors are named on the privacy, terms, and disclosures page. Engine versions are not listed on this site.

How do I cancel?+

Manage billing on the desk. Access to a paid seat ends when the subscription is no longer active. Pack credits already granted stay on the file.

What is Federation?+

Federation lets this desk sit in the house without merging files. Each desk keeps its own practice — there is no shared workspace and no silent sync. FIA Plan is the house seat: Federation on, 1,000 credits each period. Only authorised FIA Briefs cross. Governance sits on the FIA Briefs record, not a copy of the chat. Principal, Desk, and Chambers do not include Federation. Status sits under the desk mark.
