Privacy, terms, and disclosures
Required notices for a named desk that charges and processes a file. Engine versions are not listed here.
Privacy
ExecMind Pro is operated by FIA Labs. This notice covers the named desk: the account, the matters you put on file, billing, and the processors we use to run it.
We collect the name and email you give us to open an account, sign-in identifiers from Google or X if you use those, and the conversations, files, and exhibits you place on the desk. Payments are taken by Stripe. We keep a ledger of seats, credits, and checkout references so the wallet is reconstructable. If you ask to reset a password, we send one message to that address — only when the account already has a password.
What you send to the desk is processed by xAI in order to return a reply, a transcript, or a Talk session. That processing may occur outside Australia. We do not sell your file. We do not use your matters to advertise. Staff see a matter only if you ask us to, or if we must for security, billing, or the law.
You may ask for a copy of your account, or to close it. Closing the account removes the desk file from the live system; Stripe retains what the card networks require. Write to FIA Labs at support@federatedintel.ai.
Terms
The desk prepares decisions. It is not the decision-maker, and it is not licensed legal, accounting, medical, or securities advice. A run that does not land is not billed in credits. We will not invent a binding number.
A seat is a monthly subscription in USD. Included credits reset with the billing period. Packs are one-off and do not expire. Extra Talk is a pack — not a bigger seat. Prices are listed on the front of the desk. Tax, if due, is handled at checkout.
The first three months of a paid seat may be free with the published intro code at Checkout. That code is not applied automatically. Complimentary review seats are granted by the house, not by this form.
You may cancel in Manage billing. Access to a paid seat ends when the subscription is no longer active or trialing. Pack credits already granted stay on the file. We may suspend an account that is abusive, unpaid, or unlawful. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Disclosures
Inference, speech, and transcription are provided by xAI. Card payments are provided by Stripe. Hosting and the database sit with the platform that publishes this app. We name those firms because they process personal information. We do not name engine versions on this site.
Credits pay for landed use: 100 credits cost $1. A run that fails, or that you stop, is not charged. The seat pays for hosting, storage, and support.
