ExecMind: questions
Short answers before you open the desk. If yours isn't here, write to support@federatedintel.ai.
What ExecMind is
ExecMind Pro is an institutional executive desk from FIA Labs. It's a named desk for the file in front of you, not a chatbot for brainstorming. Conversation comes first. You convert to Ask, Review or Deep when the work has to survive the room. It will not invent the binding number.
Seats
| Seat | Included credits / month | For |
|---|---|---|
| Principal | 1,800 | A quiet month of Ask and some Talk |
| Desk | 2,700 | Daily work |
| Chambers | 4,600 | A small house |
Every seat has the full desk. Included credits reset each billing month. Packs are extra usage and don't expire. FIA Plan is the house seat across the seven FIA Labs desks: 1,000 credits each period, with Federation included.
What spends credits
Sending a message, Talk (about 11 credits a minute), and dictation or audio transcription (about 14 credits an hour). Opening Help, switching theme, pinning, renaming and browsing files spend nothing. A run that fails, or that you stop, isn't charged.
Your file
Your file is on your account, scoped to you. We don't sell it, and we don't use matters to advertise. Processors are named on the privacy, terms and disclosures page.
Federation
Federation lets this desk sit in the house without merging files. Each desk keeps its own practice, with no shared workspace and no silent sync. Only authorised FIA Briefs cross between desks. Principal, Desk and Chambers don't include Federation. FIA Plan does.
Is this a chatbot with an executive skin?
No. It's a named desk. Conversation is the front door, and when the work needs a file, you convert to Ask, Review or Deep. The ledger, Quant and Pack are instruments, not a personality.
Exhibits
Images are seen. PDF, Word and text files are read. An audio file is transcribed onto the table, labelled with its file name.
Questions
Will ExecMind invent a number I can quote?
No. Binding inputs that are missing stay missing. The desk proceeds symbolically and names the gap.
How do I start?
Sign in and open a conversation. A new account gets 150 free credits, no card, so you can see the desk work before you take a seat. A run that fails, or that you stop, isn't charged.
Do I need a card on day one?
No. You can open an account without a paid seat. A paid seat is taken at Checkout.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. pro.execmind.app is a progressive web app. Install it from that address.
How do I cancel?
Manage billing on the desk. Access to a paid seat ends when the subscription is no longer active. Pack credits already granted stay on the file.
Is this legal, accounting or securities advice?
No. The desk prepares decisions, and you remain the authority.
