Voice between meetings
Decisions happen in corridors, in cars and between meetings, rarely at a desk with a keyboard. ExecMind lets you work the file by voice and keeps the result on the same desk, so a thought in the lift becomes part of the record rather than a note you'll lose.
Three ways in by voice
Talk is live, turn-taking speech. You speak, the desk answers, and you continue. It suits thinking out loud through options.
Dictate puts your words into the message box so you can edit them before you send. It suits a precise question, or a note you want to get right.
Audio file transcribes a recording onto the table, labelled with the file name. It suits a recorded call, a voice memo, or a meeting you were asked to summarise.
Typing always works, and you can switch at any point.
What it costs
Talk is about 11 credits a minute. Dictation and audio transcription are about 14 credits an hour. Opening Help, switching theme, pinning, renaming and browsing files spend nothing. A run that fails, or that you stop, isn't charged. Extra Talk is a pack, not a bigger seat.
A typical day (illustrative)
- 8:10, in the car: Talk through the two options for the regional restructure.
- 11:30: attach the recording of the finance call. It's transcribed onto the file.
- 15:00: dictate the question you want answered precisely, edit it, send.
- 17:00, at a desk: convert the thread to Review. The ledger sorts what you know from what you assumed, and the adversary states the objection.
Install it like an app
pro.execmind.app is a progressive web app. Install it from that address, not from the brochure:
- Mac (Safari): File → Add to Dock.
- Mac (Chrome): install icon in the address bar, or menu → Cast, save, and share → Install ExecMind.
- iPhone or iPad: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Windows: Chrome or Edge → Install ExecMind, then pin to the taskbar.
- Android: Chrome menu → Install app.
If an old icon is already installed, remove it first. Devices keep the old picture.
Where voice notes go
Everything you say or dictate lands on the same desk as the file. When a voice note turns into real work, convert the conversation to Ask, Review or Deep. The thread comes with you, and the ledger classifies what you said as known, unknown, assumed or derived. Talk is a way in. It doesn't change what the desk will and won't do: a missing binding number still stays missing.
